About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Email Marketing Strategist to join our team at Power Digital Marketing, Inc. As a key member of our growth marketing firm, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand recognition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for our B2B clients
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel, including marketing calendar, strategy, and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, A/B testing, measurement, and reporting
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails
  • Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs' performance monthly to clients
  • Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the email marketing program
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
  • SMS experience (preferred)
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations
