As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling our sales initiatives, establishing strategic alliances, and broadening our client network while nurturing and enhancing relationships with our clients to solidify our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth in the designated region.
  • Onboard new partners (travel agencies, tour operators, TMCs) and deliver comprehensive training on our platform.
  • Foster and sustain robust, long-term relationships with both new and existing partners.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, providing first-level support.
  • Engage with current partners to offer system training and explore opportunities for improved collaboration.
  • Negotiate, execute, and oversee commercial agreements with partners, ensuring all necessary documentation and technical setups are completed.
  • Monitor compliance with commercial agreements by partners, including payment processes.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis.
  • Generate regular detailed reports through CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API agreements with potential and existing partners.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven success in the complete sales cycle, emphasizing business development and account management within the travel sector.
  • Market Insight: Comprehensive knowledge of the travel market in the region, including travel trade networks.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with API integration and technology-related sales.
  • Personal Attributes: Driven, proactive, results-focused, and adept at navigating fast-paced environments with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical Capability: Data-oriented, tech-savvy, with experience in utilizing KPIs to measure success.
  • Global Perspective: Ability to adapt to multicultural settings, reflecting our international footprint.
  • Self-Motivation: Capacity to work autonomously with a high degree of accountability.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to devise and implement innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for customer visits, events, or team meetings; having a personal vehicle is essential.
  • Language Skills: Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
  • Residency: Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the specified countries.
