About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for resolving technical data-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer problems related to data discrepancies and technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers via Helpdesk or video calls
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and Engineering Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with Improvado products and services to provide expert support to customers

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a Technical Support Analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SQL, including select queries, filtering, and aggregate queries
  • Basic knowledge of the Linux terminal
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support
