About the Role

At Bruntwork, we're revolutionizing sales processes through innovative outsourcing strategies. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth through strategic prospecting and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential leads using cutting-edge email hunting and analytics tools
  • Manage incoming inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt and effective responses
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects
  • Conduct initial sales conversations to assess client needs and qualify opportunities
  • Collaborate with the manager to close deals through strategic email correspondence
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using Google Sheets or similar tools
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline status
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional tasks as the company grows

Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and willingness to learn new software tools
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work
  • Experience with or eagerness to master email prospecting and analytics tools
  • Ability to align working hours with client needs
  • Comfortable with a performance-driven environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to grow with the company
