About the Role

The NA Sourcing Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants, reviewing and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and informing applicants about job duties and Company policies.

This role will lead recruitment and selection projects, recommend changes to the process, and ensure compliance with local government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the NA region.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide creative solutions to fill open positions.
  • Utilize social media and other creative platforms to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain highly qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to determine qualifications for employment.
  • Provide ongoing consulting value to clients by staying current on industry trends and developments.
  • Lead recruitment and selection projects and recommend changes to increase attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with local government regulations by administering employment practices within standard operating procedures.
  • Promote global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.
  • Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive the company's talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • 4-6 years of related experience in recruiting diverse individuals.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in creating talent pipelines for varying functions and levels through multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in the use of social media (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is required; experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system.
  • Fluent English level.
