Gallagher's Global Talent Acquisition Operations team seeks skilled professionals to join our TA Transformation team as Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialists. In this role, you will support various global projects within our Global TA COE. Your primary responsibilities include assisting senior project managers with the execution of day-to-day project activities, planning, executing, and closing Talent Acquisition projects, collaborating with multiple functions to ensure project tasks are completed on time, monitoring project progress, and reporting on performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading project documentation, ensuring all records and artifacts are up-to-date, identifying project risks, supporting mitigating potential risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and developing change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or a Project Management Certification, proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You:
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or a related field or a Project Management Certification.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish language proficiency.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting project work preferably on a global scale.
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and technologies (AI for recruiting, ATS, CRM, interviewing, stakeholder surveys, referral programs, etc.).

In terms of salary, we offer an estimated annual compensation of $85,000 based on industry standards and location factors. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and company requirements.
