Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our Early Career Recruitment efforts in the Latin America region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our recruitment strategy to attract top diverse early career talent.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in campus recruitment, project management, and employer branding. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gather requirements, provide market insights, and design strategies to attract and select the best talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand early career hiring needs and develop tailored strategies to meet them.
  • Design and execute plans to attract, select, and onboard diverse early career talent, including defining university relationships and enhancing company visibility on social media.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure delivery of services and review contractual agreements.
  • Provide guidance on assessment methodology, onboarding, and training for early career talent.
  • Support the execution of hiring plans by screening, interviewing, and following up with candidates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, project management, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
