Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to lead the talent acquisition strategy for Finance and Global Services at Johnson & Johnson. As a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition managers in North America, EMEA, LATAM, and ASPAC whose local teams are responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to acquire top talent in support of the business and talent objectives for the Enterprise Functions.
- Consult with senior business and HR leaders on talent requirements for current and future needs and drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy in support of the business.
- Responsible for driving the end-to-end (University, Professional, Executive) TA strategy and will directly support Global Head of HR – Finance and GS.
- Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies for key business priorities across Finance, GS, and local Enterprise Functions, spanning all candidate levels, demographics, functional disciplines, geographic regions, and business segments.
Qualifications:
You will need a Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of direct, relevant, and recent experience in Talent Acquisition or HR. Experience in leading comprehensive, global end-to-end recruitment strategies to address business talent needs is required.
A strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes is also necessary. You must have exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail are required.
This position offers a competitive salary of $145,000 per annum and can be located in Prague, Czech Republic or Bogota, Colombia. Some budget for relocation assistance may be available. The successful candidate will be required to travel as needed.
