Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at UnifyCX. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Update customer information and records accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and quality targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English (B2+).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
