About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barranquilla, Colombia. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer applications
