About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via chat. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer communications via chat
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries
What We're Looking For
- 6 months or more of written customer service experience
- Excellent written communication skills (via email and chat)
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge
- Computer literacy, including the ability to manage multiple screens
- High school diploma or equivalent
