About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via chat. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to incoming customer communications via chat
  2. Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries

What We're Looking For

  1. 6 months or more of written customer service experience
  2. Excellent written communication skills (via email and chat)
  3. Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge
  4. Computer literacy, including the ability to manage multiple screens
  5. High school diploma or equivalent
