We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at OfficePartners360. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and medical facilities, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective assistance to patients and medical staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and service expertise to promote and enhance the company's reputation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clinical offices, providing feedback on customer service trends and suggesting improvements.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve company goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and medical staff.
- Ability to meet company goals and objectives, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer and internet proficiency, with the ability to navigate various systems and software.
- More than 6 months of BPO experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
