Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at OfficePartners360. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and medical facilities, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective assistance to patients and medical staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and service expertise to promote and enhance the company's reputation.
  3. Communicate effectively with team members and clinical offices, providing feedback on customer service trends and suggesting improvements.
  4. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and medical staff.
  3. Ability to meet company goals and objectives, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  4. Strong computer and internet proficiency, with the ability to navigate various systems and software.
  5. More than 6 months of BPO experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
