Job Summary

The Customer Service Analyst will provide professional business and customer service support, both individually and as part of a project team, with a focus on assisting Auxis managed services and customer service clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet all agent KPIs, including call efficiency, quality, quantity, and NPS customer satisfaction scores.
  • Treat customers with respect and empathy, upholding the values of the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and support.
  • Adhere to department guidelines and company policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.

Requirements

  • English-Spanish language proficiency (oral and written) at a B2+ level or higher.
  • 1-2 years of prior customer service or call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine interest in working with and helping customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
