Job Summary

The Customer Service Analyst will provide professional business and customer service support, both individually and as part of a project team, with a focus on assisting Auxis managed services and customer service clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, providing information and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and effective support to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics.
  • Comply with Auxis operational processes and security policies.

Requirements

  • English – Spanish - Mandarin Language (Oral and writing 90 % or higher) (C1 or above)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
