Job Title: Sporting Goods Chat Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sporting Goods Chat Representative to join our team at OfficePartners360. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Sport Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide top-notch customer service to all clients, including greeting them warmly and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. Assist clients with product selection, placing orders, and answering questions about products, policies, and services.
  3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  4. Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all transactions are completed correctly.
  5. Follow company procedures for handling credit cards, returns, and exchanges.
  6. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  7. Provide feedback on customer service trends and suggest improvements.
  8. Track customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
  9. Stay up-to-date on new products and services offered by the company.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Ability and drive to meet company goals
  4. Strong computer and internet proficiency
  5. Prior BPO experience is a must. Chat experience is highly preferable.
  6. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional chat handling skills.
