Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively consult with customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- A competitive base wage of 2,500,000 COL
