Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer communications in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
