Position Overview: We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to enhance our Growth Marketing team, directly reporting to the Director of Growth Product. The ideal candidate will possess a background in growth product management or product management with a focus on commercial metrics, such as user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in strategic planning, managing internal stakeholders, and fostering a robust product management culture.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to evaluation, engaging in business analysis, engineering tasks, and research.
  • Contribute to the growth product roadmap by identifying initiatives through quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Facilitate effective communication and continuous improvement within growth product teams.
  • Encourage a positive and engaging culture within a fully remote team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an agile product or growth squad as a product manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of growth marketing channels, including SEO and Google Ads.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Curious, empathetic, and organized with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B environments.
  • Ability to wireframe or sketch concepts using design tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.
  • Background in working with distributed teams.
  • Experience in lead generation initiatives.
