Position Overview: We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to enhance our Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Growth Product. The ideal candidate will possess experience in growth product management or product management with a strong emphasis on commercial metrics, such as user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives, manage internal stakeholders, and foster a robust product management culture.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to evaluation, engaging in business analysis, engineering tasks, and research.
  • Contribute to the growth product roadmap by identifying and proposing initiatives based on research.
  • Enhance team effectiveness through clear communication and continuous process improvement.
  • Promote a positive and enjoyable culture within a fully remote team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an agile product or growth product team, focusing on customer-facing products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in web analytics tools.
  • Foundational understanding of growth marketing channels, including SEO and Google Ads.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Curious, empathetic, and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in B2B environments.
  • Ability to create wireframes or sketches using design tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.
  • Background in working with distributed teams.
  • Experience in lead generation initiatives.
