The Customer Service Analyst 2 role at Citigroup Inc. offers a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic customer-facing position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries, maintaining compliance with departmental standards.
  • Log, manage, and own cases to achieve timely resolutions, while conducting root cause analysis and identifying preventative measures.
  • Ensure accurate handling of customer information, adhering to corresponding policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely resolution to high-profile and sensitive clients.
  • Conduct analyses to address client needs, communicating resolutions effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven investigative, analytical, and risk management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to present concepts and influence/lead change.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on building client relationships and achieving quality results.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, preferably at financial institutions or global companies.
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken) are required.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
