This is a remote position. 40 hour per week Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM Atlanta, GA Time 1-hour break unpaid break As a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Bruntwork's CEO and Executive Staff.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct executive support, project management, and operations management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day direct executive support, project management or operations management;
  • Acting as team communication leader and project manager ensuring efficient information sharing;
  • Assisting with daily calendar management, task scheduling, and email correspondence;
  • Conducting online research and compiling email summaries based on findings;
  • Attending executive meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking, note compilation, and action point tracking;
  • Prioritizing tasks for various teams, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to senior management;
  • Handling office administrative tasks as directed and as necessary;
  • Analyzing, streamlining, and automating workflows;
  • Managing and organizing internal documents, promotional materials, and digital folder structures;
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries;

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an executive assistant role and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, and GSuite/Google Docs.

Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities;
  • Verbal Communication via phone and email in fluent English is key;
  • Ongoing written and verbal communication proficiency;
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an executive assistant role;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, and GSuite/Google Docs;
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently;
