Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at NielsenIQ. This role will provide administrative support and operational assistance to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks related to invoicing, contract management, and other operational duties.
Responsibilities- Contract Management: Assist in reviewing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Invoicing Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to obtain purchase orders and resolve related billing inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide support in generating reports, documentation, and other administrative activities required by the sales team.
- Order Tracking: Monitor and update order status, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in commercial or sales areas.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
NielsenIQ offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also provide a flexible working environment, volunteer time off, LinkedIn Learning, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and opportunities for growth and development.
