High-Level Contracts Coordinator

The VALD team is a dynamic and global group of professionals dedicated to providing innovative human-measurement technology to clients worldwide. As a key member of the Contracts Admin Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless sales processes and client onboarding experiences.
About Us:
VALD has grown significantly since its inception in 2015, with over 200 members across four continents and five offices worldwide. Our diverse team of researchers, clinicians, sports scientists, designers, developers, and engineers collaborate to deliver unparalleled insights into human movement, performance, injury risk, and rehabilitation.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for processing new sales, including data entry into NetSuite and initial client invoicing. Additionally, you will prepare standard client contracts while interpreting and explaining contract requirements and terms to clients. This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Warehouse staff, to ensure a smooth sales process and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new sales, including data entry into NetSuite and initial client invoicing.
- Prepare VALD's standard client contracts while interpreting and explaining contract requirements and terms to clients.
- Assist the Sales team with contract renewals and management of client orders and invoicing.
- Collaborate with Client Success team during client onboarding and manage paperwork associated with contracts.
Requirements:
- Bilingual with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Prior experience in dealing with high volumes of legal and paralegal work.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Able to form and maintain client partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
