**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating service operations at customer sites with valid contracts. The role involves processing site intervention requests, confirming intervention details, and reminding technicians of safety requirements and equipment constraints.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to greet and communicate with customers effectively via email and phone. They will also possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in service technician dispatch or coordination
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to greet and communicate with customers effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction

**Schedule and Requirements**
