About the Role

As a Director, Talent Acquisition, Latin America, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Mastercard's talent acquisition strategy in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent, both internally and externally, to support Mastercard's continued success in payments innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with Mastercard's talent agenda for 17+ countries across the LAC Region.
  • Lead a Team of Recruiters: Plan and coordinate talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local and regional activities across the LAC region.
  • Consult on Talent Acquisition Programs and Processes: Act as a consultant for the region on various talent acquisition programs and processes, including recruiting, assessment, candidate sourcing, and market research.
  • Drive Consistency and Efficiency: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align TA strategies that address talent needs for the LAC region, and drive consistency of all talent acquisition processes and systems management across the LAC Region.
  • Report on Key Metrics: Own reporting on key Talent Acquisition metrics across LAC, including time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of leading experienced hire recruitment delivery efforts for multiple markets across Latin America & the Caribbean. You should have knowledge of local nuanced employment laws and experience developing integrated sourcing, marketing, and branding strategies to support talent acquisition goals.

You will be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to engage with leaders to understand and address business and talent acquisition needs. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with fluency in Portuguese being an asset.
