Position Summary
The Regional Lead for Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing and executing talent acquisition strategies for the Americas. This role involves managing recruitment processes across various positions within the region and ensuring operational excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
As the Regional Lead, your primary duties will include:

  • Leading a team to facilitate talent acquisition activities and manage workloads effectively.
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating selection processes.
  • Managing escalations related to challenging recruitment projects and ensuring team performance and engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate data on key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for the Americas region.
  • Upholding the Convatec brand at every recruitment interaction.
