Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in shaping FUPAD's recruitment strategy and driving the success of our hiring efforts. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, leadership, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the non-profit sector and a passion for creating a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with FUPAD's goals and objectives.
  2. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment solutions.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
  5. Talent Outreach: Develop and execute a talent outreach plan to attract top talent and promote FUPAD's employer brand.
  6. Internship and Program Management: Manage internship programs and related initiatives to develop future talent and support FUPAD's growth.
  7. Executive Searches: Conduct executive searches and confidential searches to identify and attract top talent for critical roles.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  9. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to hiring managers and staff on recruitment best practices and interview guidance.
  10. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines, regulations, and donor requirements.

Required Qualifications
  1. Eight (8) or more years of experience in talent acquisition.
  2. Four (4) or more years of experience leading teams.
  3. Industrial engineering, business administration, psychology, or related fields.
  4. Excellent project management, planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  5. Experience in consulting, challenging assumptions, and making recommendations.
  6. High proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analyzing complex situations.
  7. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recommendations.
  8. Proven track record in innovation and process improvements.
  9. Customer service mindset.
  10. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Fluency in French or Portuguese is a plus.
