We are seeking a highly skilled French Language Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Human Resources function, you will play a critical role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Operations across the Americas Region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide centralized human resource administration and support across various processes and programs, including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global Human Resources Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that ensure accurate transactions and effective human resource programs and processes.
- Support Talent Acquisition Operations across the Americas Region with administrative and candidate-facing post-offer support.
- Work with AskHR, background check vendors, and Compliance throughout the hiring process to resolve issues related to pre-employment checks.
- 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR processes, customer service, or related areas.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and French languages.
- Proven work experience with Microsoft Office applications and internet-related technologies.
- Experience in working within a recruiting/talent acquisition function.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Knowledge in Workday, Taleo, ServiceNow, D2, or related systems.
- Flexible working environment.
