Position Overview
The Regional Lead for Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and delivering talent acquisition services across the Americas. This position entails operational responsibilities, including the recruitment of various roles within the region. Key Responsibilities
As the Regional Lead for Talent Acquisition, your primary duties will include:
- Managing and supporting a team dedicated to talent acquisition activities.
- Overseeing the allocation and management of workloads within the Americas Talent Acquisition team.
- Handling escalations related to challenging recruitment projects and ensuring team performance and engagement.
- Leading recruitment initiatives, including:
- Conducting briefing calls for new vacancies.
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates to assist hiring managers in securing diverse talent.
- Coordinating the selection process, from interviews to feedback.
- Extending offers to successful candidates and creating talent pools for future vacancies.
- Addressing Talent Acquisition queries and incidents through Service Now tickets.
- Capturing relevant data on KPIs and generating regular reports for the Americas region.
- Ensuring that the Convatec brand is consistently represented throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Proven experience in managing Talent Acquisition teams across various levels.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a shared service environment in the Americas.
- Strong process optimization skills to enhance efficiency and value in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various styles and levels.
- A customer-centric mindset aligned with our commitment to care.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse range of talent acquisition activities.
- Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- International experience or cultural adaptability is a plus.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with Portuguese being highly desirable.
