About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to join our Latin America team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and analyze financial plans, including monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-term strategic plans.
  • Drive standardization and automation in reporting tools, and serve as a liaison between regional and SBU FP&A teams to foster collaboration.
  • Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, and evaluate their effect on operations.
  • Calculate CROIC and ROIC for the region, and coordinate information from countries.
  • Manage and perform month-end close activities, including forecasts, AOP, and LRP processes.
  • Develop tools for early identification of financial problems, including financial dashboards to visualize results and trends.
  • Drive business process improvement through automation and standard work development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a matrix organization.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle/Hyperion Planning/HFM or OneStream, and Data Visualization Tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and implement processes, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
