Job Description:

  • As a Sales Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Colombia sales operation and driving revenue growth.
  • You will manage a team of Sales Executives, develop business strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Colombia market.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and services, as well as cloud-based CRM solutions.
