Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will lead our sales efforts in Colombia, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This is a critical role that requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in Enterprise Sales management, solution sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Support Account Executives in client meetings and provide guidance on sales strategies.
