NielsenIQ is seeking a talented Application Support Analyst to join the Label Insight team.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated Application Support for the Nielsen Label Insight IT Service, ensuring users can fulfill their duties efficiently.
This is a technical role with elements of support and customer service, requiring analytical and methodical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical application support for customer-facing applications and services.
- Act as an escalation point for the Application Support team, covering faults, advice, and work requests.
- Become involved with planned projects and bespoke software releases to provide technical support.
- Ensure requests are completed within allotted SLAs using the internal ticketing Jira tool.
- Contribute to documentation for the application support team.
- Ensure application systems are maintained to the highest possible standard.
- Manage application configuration, problem analysis, and resolution for complex application problems.
- Perform system configuration, scripting, and new user administration as required.
