Job Overview
As a Business Development Leader for our Diabetes Sales team, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales efforts to deliver innovative solutions to patients living with diabetes. Your mission will be to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales objectives and exceed targets
- Collaborate with local country leaders throughout LATAM to identify opportunities for new patient growth and retention
- Implement new methods and technologies to increase the impact on patients
- Analyze customer data to create programs that retain customers and improve loyalty
- Pilot new programs to increase patient identification and maximize revenue impact
- Develop innovative promotions and pricing options to make therapy more accessible
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field
- At least 5-7+ years of relevant sales experience and 3+ years of experience as a people leader
- A proven track record of managing profit and loss statements (P&L)
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth and cost management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong English and Portuguese verbal and written communication skills
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
