Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Business Growth Specialist to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer relationships.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and client-facing roles, with excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
This is a remote position based in Bogota and Medellin, Colombia. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently. You will be required to travel to the US and must have a valid visa.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and sales strategies. You will also need to be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
