Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual representative fluent in Spanish and English to provide outstanding customer support and enhance customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous
  • Colombian citizenship or valid work authorization
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
  • Proficient computer skills
