Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual representative fluent in Spanish and English to provide outstanding customer support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous
- Colombian citizenship or valid work authorization
- Availability for full-time work
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
- Proficient computer skills
