Buscamos un CX Strategy Lead para unirse a nuestro equipo de Medios en Bogotá, Colombia. Con más de 5 años de experiencia en publicidad, medios o marketing, te desafiarás a liderar el diseño de estrategias para uno de nuestros clientes globales más importantes.



Responsabilidades

  • Actuar como un aliado estratégico y consultor en la toma de decisiones del cliente.
  • Explorar los briefs desde diferentes ángulos para encontrar soluciones innovadoras.
  • Aplicar pensamiento crítico y analítico para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y resolver problemas de negocio.
  • Establecer frameworks para alinear acciones a KPI's claros.
  • Interpretar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos con herramientas como Euromonitor, GWI, TGI, Google Analytics, iKantar, e IBOPE, entre otras.
  • Definir roles claros de medios que respondan a los retos y objetivos de negocio de manera inspiradora alineados con los objetivos del cliente y de la compañía.
  • Orquestar estrategias E2E (end to end) para inspirar la creación de planes de medios más relevantes y eficientes.
  • Diseñar ecosistemas integrados de medios propios, pagos, compartidos y ganados.
  • Ofrecer recomendaciones estratégicas a equipos creativos para asegurar la coherencia de los contenidos con los formatos establecidos.
  • Contribuir a la ideación de tácticas que contribuyan a desarrollar la estrategia.
  • Comunicar la estrategia a través de discursos claros y convincentes que inviten a la acción.
  • Diseñar y facilitar dinámicas de talleres estratégicos y creativos, para fortalecer propuestas diferenciales tanto para clientes como para equipos internos.
  • Promover y liderar una cultura de innovación y estrategia dentro de la agencia.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria, medios y tecnologías.
  • Fomentar un espíritu colaborativo que permita trabajar eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional.


Requisitos

  • Extracción e interpretación de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos con herramientas como Google Analytics, Tableau, iKantar, Euromonitor, GWI, e IBOPE.
  • Conocimiento intermedio/avanzado de compra y planificación de medios ATL y digitales.
  • Storytelling y capacidad narrativa.
  • Nivel avanzado de Power Point / Keynote.
  • Nivel intermedio de Excel (capaz de identificar insights a partir de datos).
  • Inglés fluido (la cuenta se maneja en inglés).
