**General responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of our SEO Strategist & Client-facing Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Leverage your technical expertise in SEO to deliver outstanding results and "get the job done" effectively.
- Manage client and vendor relationships, ensuring excellent customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Take the lead in development, planning, and implementation of technical solutions with unwavering quality control.
- Strategize content calendars and execute successful content marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results.
- Upsell and cross-sell new products to existing clients, educating them on the expected outcomes.
- Educate clients on digital marketing products and best practices to optimize their understanding and performance.
- Spot discrepancies in advanced content and tags, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in SEO strategies.
- Problem-solve with clients empathetically, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and lasting relationships.
- Manage other team members involved in similar tasks, guiding them towards desired outcomes and growth.

**Position specifications**:
The SEO Strategist & Client-facing Account Manager position includes committing to the following:

- Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability for office hours (10:00AM - 2:00PM Phoenix Time)
- Consistently maintain a record of 140 tracked hours per month
- Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD
- Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement

- Proven experience in SEO with a minimum of 1-5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in technical SEO, keyword analysis, competitive analysis, and web analytics tools.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling new products to existing clients.
- Ability to educate clients on products, expected outcomes, and digital marketing best practices.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in advanced content, including tags and meta information.
