Position Overview:
An International Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to engage our extensive client base, presenting compelling membership offers, and addressing customer needs. This role involves educating customers on services and benefits, guiding leads through the sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with the sales team to exceed targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive and fluent English speaker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles. They are adept at utilizing CRM software, thrive in a remote work environment, and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to engage our extensive client base
- Present compelling membership offers and address customer needs
- Educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales
- Guide leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful closure
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets and achieve collective goals
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Deliver post-sales support and follow-up to ensure unwavering customer satisfaction
- Continuously explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product enhancements, and the competitive landscape
