Job Summary
This role is responsible for defining and driving email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients, managing daily operations of the email marketing channel, and building automated email marketing programs.
The successful candidate will use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the email marketing program, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver reporting metrics to clients.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Strategy Lead who can hit defined EBIDTA goal, manage 5-7 enterprise or growth accounts, and maintain below 10% client churn rate.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management, strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, and expertise in email best practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients
- Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting
- Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
- Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels
- Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management
- Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
- Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
- SMS experience
- Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
- Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
