Digital Marketing Strategist Lead

As a Paid Advertising Strategist at Power Digital Marketing, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the execution and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You will work closely with account leadership to develop and evolve the strategy of your services within the broader media mix.
Key responsibilities include full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing Ads. This includes effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels, facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable, and managing all client budgets and/or advising on budget changes based on your expertise.
You will also lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals, own strategic communication internally for client teams, and proactively communicate with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items. Additionally, you will provide weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations.
We are seeking a self-started and autonomous individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You must have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in an agency setting. Specifically, you should have experience with Direct Response marketing, E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B, as well as Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
