Logistics Sales Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Sales Executive to join our team at Sworkz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, assessing business needs, and executing effective sales strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification and Outreach: Utilize various prospecting strategies to identify and qualify leads, and conduct initial outreach to prospects.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets, working closely with the sales lead to develop and implement sales plans.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring accurate data management and communication history.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, including the sales lead and junior sales representatives, to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
Requirements and Skills:
- English Level C1: Proficiency in English is required, with a strong focus on verbal and written communication skills.
- Logistics Sales Experience: Previous logistics sales experience is essential, with a strong preference for experience selling logistics solutions into the mid-market and enterprise level space.
- Proactive Mindset and Multitasking: A proactive mindset, ability to multitask, and eagerness to learn and work with various departments in the company are highly valued.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a focus on excellent verbal and written communication skills.
