About the Role:
You will identify and connect with prospective accounts through outbound cold calling and follow up on marketing-generated inbound leads. Consistently achieving a monthly quota of qualified opportunities and new meeting objectives is essential. Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Tipalti's product line and value proposition will enable you to provide accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective accounts through targeted outreach efforts.
- Achieve consistent results by consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales objectives.
- Demonstrate expertise in Tipalti's products and solutions to qualify potential opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records and activities within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
- 1+ years inside sales experience, preferably at the CXO level.
- Proven track record in new account development and lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and motivation.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a focus on high-volume call handling.
Benefits and Compensation:
This role offers an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
