Salary
The salary for this role is negotiable plus legal surcharge for worked Colombian holidays and commission on sales. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Cold calling and establishing new business relationships with potential clients
- Cultivating and maintaining a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Identifying new markets and opportunities for growth
- Promoting our logistic services and presenting reports to management
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or professional career experience
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in NVOCC companies, freight forwarders in the United States, and/or Colombia
- Excellent English proficiency (C1 level)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with self-discipline and ability to handle stress and high rejection rates
- Capacity to multitask and work efficiently
