    Job Title: Senior Sales Development Team Lead - Enterprise and Government

Job Summary:
RoverPass is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Team Lead to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in targeting large enterprises and government entities. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, particularly in securing government contracts, responding to RFPs, and managing enterprise accounts in the outdoor recreation and accommodation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SDRs focused on B2B sales within the government and enterprise sectors.
  • Develop outreach strategies targeting glamping sites, parks, campgrounds, and government entities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, respond to RFPs, and drive government contracts.
  • Guide SDRs in qualifying leads and setting meetings for the sales team.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align on outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Train and support the team in using automation tools like Zapier for increased efficiency.
  • Provide performance feedback, set targets, and ensure individual and team KPIs are met.
  • Engage directly with enterprise-level and government leads to demonstrate the value of RoverPass.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing SDRs or similar sales teams.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on government entities and enterprise-level clients.
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and securing government contracts.
  • Expertise in sales tools, particularly HubSpot and Zapier.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of the outdoor recreation, glamping, and campground industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with strong organizational skills and a reliable home office setup.
