We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Manager to join our team at TripleTen, an award-winning online school.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retention, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. They will possess excellent data analysis skills to interpret retention statistics and guide team improvements.

The Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for reaching out to customers promptly, ensuring commitment to each customer for achieving desired outcomes, and assigning a dedicated manager to handle communication with each customer.

They will also share daily reports on worked cases to enhance departmental processes, log all case-related details accurately in the CRM system, document provided solutions in Hubspot, and direct them to relevant departments via Jira.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, particularly in managing sensitive situations, and be able to make strategic decisions regarding hiring, team structuring, and policy updates. Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location, 100% remote collaboration, professional development in our international team, and a comfortable digital office.
