About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch technical support to customers via various communication channels
  • Resolve complex technical issues and gather data to improve our support processes
  • Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services to deliver exceptional support
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Technical background related to networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
