Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Director at Michael Page, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and quotas. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate pricing on proposals, while maintaining a maximum profit margin. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of pricing, sales, and activities to report to the PWS LAM Director and regional office. Additionally, you will need to identify and develop funnel opportunities and track them on a weekly basis in CRM. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and team management skills, outstanding communication skills, and native-level English proficiency. They will also have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the Power Generation industry.
