Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Kaplan International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Country Manager in account management of selected accounts to drive the market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell KIL products through inbound and outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes.
  • Manage the Brazil leads pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build strong customer rapport through excellent communication and product knowledge.
  • Oversee distribution of leads/enquiries to selected agency accounts and follow up on referred students.
  • Work closely with agency accounts to maintain, strengthen, and develop relationships.
  • Be the first point of contact for agency accounts and provide daily support to answer enquiries and quotes requests.
  • Attend student fairs and other events as required by Country Manager to support country sales and marketing plan.
  • Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and provide flexible support at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience selling in both Portuguese/English in a tele sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with both oral and written fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to negotiate and overcome objections.
  • Competent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
