About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at HubSpot, Inc. As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' challenges and tailor our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for HubSpot, showcasing our products and solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • 1-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a web technologies or innovative online product environment.
  • Proven track record of prospecting in high-volume environments and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
